Shipping Policy

All orders ship from our warehouse in Vancouver, British Columbia. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped. 

 

 

RATES

Orders from Canada and USA with a subtotal exceeding $50 USD receive free shipping. 

Standard Shipping Rates for the Canada and U.S.: $9.99

Standard Shipping Rates for the rest of the world: $9.99 - $19.99

Please make sure all your shipping details are correct. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may incur an additional shipping charge if they are reshipped. Orders that are returned to us will be deducted a $9.99 restocking fee if they are requested to be refunded due to invalid address.

DELIVERY

All orders begin processing the following business day. Please note, orders placed on Friday will begin processing on the following Monday as our shipping department closes over the weekend. Ju Hong will ship within 48 hours after processing has begun.

 Please expect 5-7 business days for shipping within Canada and the USA, and 9-12 business days for international shipping. Delivery times do not include Saturday, Sunday, or statutory holidays. 

 When international orders reach their destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Additional fees may also be incurred dependent upon the destination country’s import laws.

 

 

TAXES AND DUTIES

Ju Hong is not responsible for the payment of any duties and taxes not included in the original purchase price. Sales tax and duties are charged according the local regulations. Please note that order value exceeds $800 won't pass the U.S. custom, please inquiry info@aasein.com for any wholesale inquiries. RECEIVING 

Ju Hong is not liable for damages incurred during transit. Goods damaged in transit are the responsibility of the shipping provider and we do not assume any liability for lost or damaged packages.

If the tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you haven’t received it. Please refer to the following instruction:

- Look for a pickup notice left by the courier.

- Check with your neighbours, friends and family members living at the same address.

If a package has been delivered to the shipping address that you had provided at checkout, we are not responsible if that package is lost or stolen after delivery. We understand that having a package taken from your porch is frustrating. But it must be your responsibility to know the typical delivery times of postal workers in your neighbourhood and make sure someone is home to receive the package.

In cases that your package is delivered to the wrong address or lost in transit, please contact the courier directly to open an investigation.

If your package is returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for the shipping cost for the package to be sent again.  

*** In the instance when your package is sent back to us because of an insufficient address provided by the customer, we will charge a resend fee of $4.99. Please double-check all addresses before placing an order. In the case you would not like your package to be sent back, we charge a restocking fee of $7.99. The fee will be deducted from your order refund amount total. Shipping is non-refundable.
